La ROSA: the history of art in hospitality. An art that was born more than a century ago, in 1908, when Giannetto and Carolina Franciosi, called Pizziga, a young couple in love and with a passion for hospitality, opened their inn.\r\n An inn like many others, with mail for the horses and rivers of wine, games of cards and some snacks. The place to bring food from home and sit down to drink. The highlight? The warmth of hospitality. A warmth that is not only familiar,\r\n but also a warmth given by the stoves continuously supplied with wood… a rarity for those times.<\/p>\r\n

The choice of the name La ROSA?\r\n
A family mystery still unsolved. Apparently it was in memory of Giannetto and Carolina\u2019s first daughter. Called Rosa and died prematurely in 1908.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

From Ferrara to Milan, the Malaguti family brings their delicious pret-\u00e0-porter food to northern Italy. Since the beginning of the activity, Mattia and Alessio, supported by Adriana and Francesco, have distinguished the offer of fuoriROSA\r\n Catering for its &quot;live&quot; preparation capacity. Thanks to a specially designed &quot;export&quot; kitchen structure, in fact, the dishes are cooked directly on site. A technical approach that allows the realization\r\n of the recipes without any duty to be paid for the distance from the head house. The raw materials are of the highest level: home-grown guinea fowl, Piedmontese meat, truffles from the Panfilia forest, local asparagus, morels and an indescribable amount of other ingredients that travel every day from the places\r\n of origin to the restaurant\u2019s couisine. The concept of \u201cEmilian tradition and creative genius\u201d well represents the leitmotif of the menus that are updated and revolutionized as the market and the seasons change, while remaining faithful\r\n to tradition with cornerstones such as pasta still rolled out.
